What should I include in a request?

The pest or signs you’ve noticed, where activity occurs, when it began, and clear photos if available. Include your property type when you contact MBS.

What if I don’t know which pest it is?

Select “Other / unsure.” Describe the activity and share a photo when contacting MBS. You don’t need to identify it before starting the conversation.

Can I book online right now?

Online booking is being prepared. The checklist above helps organize your details, but it does not submit an inquiry or reserve an appointment.

How are scope and pricing confirmed?

We’ll learn about your property and the concern, then discuss the recommended service and pricing before you agree to proceed.
